Weird and Wonderful

  1. Ata Mārie Helam,

I love how creative you have been with your presentation of the activities. Eye catching presentations make looking at information, more interesting for anyone you views your blog.
Well done on getting the right answer? How did you manage to work out 3 x 365? Was there a strategy you used? I also like that you have the same blue behind the writing so no matter what the background is, the writing can be read easily, Tino pai. Is blue your favourite colour or just the colour you picked for this presentation?

I look forward to reading more of your blog posts soon!

    Blog ya later,

    Dani

  3. Kia ora Helam,

Nice to meet you. I hope you are enjoying your summer holidays! We are into our third week with the Summer Learning Journey and it has been so much fun. There has been so many exciting, fascinating and fun blog posts that students have shared and are continuing to create.
The last day of this programme is the 25th of January so there is still plenty of time to get those blog posts in! Remember, you could be winning an iPad and other prizes for your effort in your blog posts, how cool would that be?

You can find all the activities here on our website: https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/weekly-activities
You can complete as many of the activities as you like, and in any order. Each activity is worth points, and remember, you can also earn points 2 points for each quality comment that you post on the blogs of other Summer Learning Journey participants. It’s that easy!

Let me know if you need any help at all, that’s what we’re here for :)
I am looking forward to hearing all the beautiful, knowledgeable and diverse ideas that you have to offer and I am also looking forward to learning from you!

    Blog you later!

I really loved your activity ‘Weird & Wonderful’, you had such a funky background. You gave us a clear understanding of what the tasks asks and then you gave us the correct answer!

I really hope this year brings you happiness & lots of laughter! The Summer Learning Journey will be back in action next summer and we can’t wait till you join us again. We are so proud of you!

    See you next summer.
